JAMDA - Journal of the American Medical Directors Association

Journal of the American Medical Directors Association, published 9 times per year, is the peer-reviewed publication of the Association, providing coverage of the issues most important to medical and nursing professionals in long term care. In 2010, JAMDA was ranked 6th out of 44 for citations in the Geriatrics and Gerontology category by Thomas Reuters. This publication focuses on disease processes, medications, and syndromes as well as assessment and intervention methods that have the potential to improve patients’ quality of care or quality of life. Features include original, peer-reviewed articles; review articles; case reports and book reviews. JAMDA is accepted in Index Medicus. Current and past editors are world class investigators.
