As an AMDA member you understand the value of your membership. Share that knowledge firsthand with friends and colleagues. A vital and growing AMDA means greater awareness of the important work of the medical director, attending physician and other long-term care professionals.

Get Involved: Request a Member-Get-A-Member recruitment packet by e-mailing membership@amda.com, calling (800) 876-2623 or downloading the documents. The current membership brochure for is for you and the prospective membership brochure is what you need when you begin recruiting.

Recognition: AMDA's Member-Get-A-Member program allows you to earn a free registration to AMDA's Annual Symposium, discount on selective AMDA products, and recognition for members you bring into AMDA.

Reward Levels:

Level 1—Preferred Member
Bring in 1 to 4 members annually; earn 25% off a single AMDA product.

Level 2—Select Member
Bring in 5 to 10 members annually; earn 25% off a single AMDA product, and 20% off AMDA annual symposium.

Level 3—Elite Member
Bring in 11 to 25 members annually; earn 25% off AMDA product, certificate of appreciation, and 30% off AMDA annual symposium

Level 4—Premier Member
Bring in 26 or more members annually; get one AMDA product free, Premier Member plaque presented at the annual symposium, free pass to the annual symposium, and a free one year membership in AMDA.
