There are several ways advocates can share their message with AMDA's Advanced Curriculum on Medical Direction in Long Term Care attendees. On average, 75-100 physicians participate in the program. Exhibit Program
In 2012 exhibits return to the Advanced Curriculum giving you the opportunity for face to face networking with advanced physicians in long term care. Attendees continuously return to this course for quality education, great networking, and the latest industry trends. Designed to maximize your time, this exhibit opportunity builds dedicated networking time during attendee breaks, mixing refreshments and light faire with face time.

Exhibit Pricing:
$500 – Tabletop Exhibit Space

Exhibitors receive:
  • One tabletop exhibit space
  • Non-competing exhibit time
  • A high trafficked exhibit area
  • Refreshments and light faire provided
  • Attendee participant list

Lunch Symposia

Host a 90 minute, non-competing, lunch symposium to introduce your product or service to AMDA attendees on a relevant long term care topic. The cost to secure the slot is $5,000. Any costs associated with speakers, food and beverage, and audiovisual equipment are the responsibility of the host company.  Sponsors are required provide meals during the time slot at their expense. The host is also responsible for onsite registration and logistics.
This session is optional for meeting attendees but will be the only lunch provided on that day. Only one session will be offered during the time slot. Please note that this is a NON-CME opportunity.

AMDA is dedicated to the success for your session and will assist in the marketing efforts by:

  • Providing a pre and post attendee mailing list
  • Sending a dedicated marketing email blast to meeting attendees, requesting they indicate their interest in participation in the session
  • Listing company name and session information on AMDA’s Advanced Curriculum meeting web page

Educational Grants

Unrestricted educational grants are requested in support of the program to provide expert faculty and a top quality program. Each component of the program is available for sponsorship at a cost of $5,000.

Sponsors will be given recognition in the syllabus, during the welcome remarks, and with signage posted at the entrance to the meeting room. For more information regarding topics and grants please call AMDA's Director of Education at 410-992-3146.
