Focus Group Policy
Adopted September 21, 2002

The American Medical Directors Association, as an ACCME provider and in consideration of the PhRMA Code on Interactions with Healthcare Professionals, requires focus groups occurring during AMDA meeting functions to:

• Receive prior approval from AMDA Conference Planners
• Host the Focus Group during non-competing meeting hours
• Determine fair market value compensation for participation

AMDA will provide a mailing list of pre-registered attendees for marketing purposes. No phone numbers or e-mail addresses will be made available to host companies.
