Are You a Medical Director in One of These States?
The American Medical Directors Association (AMDA) has partnered with
Touchstone Consulting to conduct a national survey concerning
end-of-life care in these states. You should have received a survey via
e-mail or US mail in September. If you have not sent in your survey,
please complete and return it according to the instructions provided.
The information from the surveys will be used by AMDA to better
identify members' needs in relation to end of life care and will
contribute to a national research database supported by the Robert Wood
Johnson Foundation. If enough responses are received, we will be able
to compare statistics among states. Your responses are critical to the
success of this project.
