Thank you to the states that have sent their annual reports in the
past weeks. For those chapters who have not responded and have held
their annual meeting this year, please send the report as soon as
possible.

Please make sure that the national office has your current mailing information
Pertinent information regarding House
of Delegates will be sent in the upcoming months to state chapter
presidents and assistants and we need to make sure the information is
correct.

For your convenience, we have created an annual report template. You
may choose to use the template or you may use your own format as long
as it includes the requested information. The template may be downloaded from this link.
If your state chapter meeting is scheduled in the upcoming months,
then please send your report within 2 weeks following your meeting.
