State Chapter Connections Booth
This year, we will be making special efforts to ensure the most successful annual meeting in our proud tradition. With increased marketing, we will be targeting potential attendees and exhibitors. At this time we invite state chapters to showcase their chapter and events in the exhibit hall. The State Chapter Connections Booth will consist of 6-foot skirted tables and chairs. This is a perfect opportunity for state chapters to network with industry representatives and to recruit new members from your state. The booth is intended for informational purposes and for small informal discussions. We hope you will use the complementary table top exhibit to connect with potential members and further your marketing efforts.
If you are interested in showcasing your state chapter, please complete the attached form (Attachment D) and return it to Mia Jones Proctor no later than January 5, 2007.
