Debut of Revised Core Curriculum Postponed

During the Annual Symposium in Orlando, the AMDA Board accepted the Education Committee's recommendation to offer the traditional module series once more and postpone the debut of the revised curriculum until summer 2004. By doing so, it will accommodate as many mid-course individuals as possible. The Winter Management Conference, scheduled for December 1-6, 2003, in Palm Springs, CA, now will offer the current curriculum for the final time.

AMDA will request that the individuals already involved in the Core Curriculum indicate by June 1, 2003, their desire to complete the course. After June 1st, individuals interested in taking the Core Curriculum on Medical Direction may register for either the Summer or Winter Management Conference provided that space is still available.

Information regarding the Summer Management Conference can be found at www.amda.com/education/summer2003.
