Best Practices: Learn from other chapters' success and share your own examples of successful meetings or services. Read the Best Practices column in this quarterly state chapter newsletter, State Network News. Submit your best practices via e-mail to ngermain@amda.com.
Chapter Dues, Billing & Collection Services: AMDA offers a valuable billing and collection
services to all chapters upon request. For 10% of total quarterly chapter dues, you can save your chapter the administrative work and use the time for more important chapter development and member retention activities. It’s also easier for members to receive only one invoice.
Mailing List: Chapters can request a list of prospects and members within their state to invite them to programs and for membership recruitment campaigns.
State Network News: This quarterly newsletter is e-mailed automatically to state chapters. Content includes updates on AMDA and state chapters’ activities. Content also may be used in chapter newsletter and Web site.
Joint Marketing: The national office does one joint-marketing mailing per year with state chapters upon request.
AMDA Calendar: Post chapter meetings at www.amda.com/calendar/editEvent.cfm.
