William Dodd Founder's Award for Distinguished Service
AMDA invites you to submit your recommendations for the
William Dodd Founder's Award for Distinguished Service.
The 2012 William Dodd Founder's Award will be announced at the AMDA Long Term Care Medicine - 2012 conference in San Antonio, Texas. For details on the conference visit www.ltcmedicine.com.
The William Dodd Founder's Award for Distinguished Service recognizes significant contributions to building the organizational strength, image, and mission of AMDA (to promote Medical Direction and Physician Services in long term care, to enhance the reputation of AMDA, and to advance goals enabling the association to improve care delivered to patients throughout the long term care continuum).
Nominees must be:
- A physician in good standing with the community and profession
- Active in the field of long term care
- AMDA member in good standing
- Not a current board member of AMDA, AMCDP or the AMDA Foundation
All nominations are reviewed by a Selection Committee. Each award recipient will be honored at the annual meeting, Long Term Care Medicine.
Recipients are also recognized in AMDA publications and news releases.
